Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services, such as website design/development, SEO, Digital Marketing and design services, (the Services) provided by Digital Tech Idea ltd ( DTI) to the Client, in conjunction with any relevant quotation provided to the Client by DTI (Terms), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Acceptance of a quote, purchase and/or use of the Services shall be considered acceptance of the Terms.

Charges and Payment

Charges for the Services are defined in the project quotation that the Client receives from DTI via email and which is valid for a period of 30 days. We reserve the right to change a quotation or decline to provide the relevant Services after expiry. Unless agreed otherwise with the Client, all services require an advance payment of a minimum of 70 percent of the project. The last payment of 30 percent is required after the client review and design or strategy sign off stage. Without final payment, it will not upload to the server or release of materials. The Client agrees to pay DTI for any additional expenses necessary for the completion of the task.

Content and Images

DTC will require necessary information such as web contents, text, images, and other necessary files. and its Client responsibility to provide all information before start the work. If the client fails to do then DTI will unable to refund money and complected the task.

Maintenance and Support

We will provide 3 months of free support and maintenance for all existing features of the website. All support queries will be answered and resolved within 24 hours.
